  • Company-Wide Paid Closures

    Our office closes during specific times of the year so everyone can fully disconnect. During these periods, client needs and essential operations continue to be managed by leadership.

  • Birthday Leave

    Enjoy a paid day off for your birthday, or take it the day before or after if it falls on a weekend.

  • Technology & Equipment Provided

    We supply all essential technology and tools, including computer, monitor, and required software, so every team member has what they need to work efficiently and confidently from day one.

  • Home-Office & Internet Stipend

    Each year, you receive a stipend that includes reimbursement for up to $40 per month toward internet service, as well as funds for workspace upgrades or equipment to keep your setup comfortable and reliable.

  • Monthly Well-being Stipend

    Receive $100 each month to use for anything that supports your mental or physical health, such as therapy, gym membership, massage, or mindfulness tools.

  • Gym or Fitness Reimbursement

    Get reimbursed for up to $50 per month toward a gym membership, fitness class, or activity that helps you stay active and healthy.

  • Mental Health Support

    We provide coverage or reimbursement for counseling, coaching, or therapy sessions, ensuring mental wellness is never an afterthought.

  • Parental & Adoption Leave

    We offer six weeks of paid leave for new parents, regardless of gender, family type, or how your family grows. This includes birth, adoption, and surrogacy. You may also take up to an additional three months of unpaid extended leave beyond the paid period.

  • Medical Insurance

    Comprehensive medical coverage for preventive care and general wellness.

  • Dental Insurance

    Support for routine and major dental care needs.

All benefits apply to both full-time and part-time employees who work at least 20 hours per week.
