9. Notary Services Disclaimer

Notary services are offered by appointment and are available in Wisconsin only.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. All notarial acts require proper identification and must comply with Wisconsin law. We reserve the right to refuse service when identification is insufficient, the signer appears unwilling or unaware, or the request does not meet legal requirements.

10. Payments and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in your Service Agreement and/or invoice. For ongoing services, payment may be required in advance to reserve capacity. For project-based services, payments may be structured in phases.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services in accordance with your Service Agreement.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling expectations are outlined in your Service Agreement or booking confirmation. When no written policy applies, we ask for at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice whenever possible.

12. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

13. Disclaimers

The Website and Website Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
