Our office will observe a planned holiday closure from Monday, December 22, 2025 through Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Regular business hours resume Monday, January 5, 2026.

This closure is part of our standard operating rhythm and is planned well in advance. It is designed to support sustainable work without disrupting client service, oversight, or deliverables.

This is a full office closure for routine internal work, but not a pause in responsibility or care.

  • Internal deadlines are adjusted automatically, and all work that can be completed ahead of time is handled prior to the closure.

  • Leadership remains fully responsible for continuity, oversight, and monitoring throughout this period.

Will my deliverables be delayed?

No. All deliverables are completed ahead of the holiday closure whenever possible, and clients will not experience delays as a result of this closure.

 

What if something time-sensitive comes up during the closure?

Leadership remains responsible for continuity and oversight during this period. If something falls within the closure window, it will be addressed appropriately. Time-sensitive compliance matters are communicated in advance whenever possible, and critical system or payroll issues are actively monitored.

 

Will client communication slow down?

No. Leadership continues to monitor and respond to client communications during the closure, and normal response timeframes remain in place.

 

Are urgent issues handled differently during this time?

We do not take on new requests during the closure. However, for current clients, urgent matters are handled by leadership as needed.

 

Do bookkeeping systems continue running?

Yes. Core systems, automations, and scheduled processes continue running as planned with leadership oversight.

 

Can new clients still reach out or book discovery calls?

Yes. New inquiries can still submit forms, and discovery calls remain available. Availability may be limited during this period reflecting leadership scheduling capacity, just as it does throughout the year.

 

Are notary services available during the closure?

Yes. Notary services remain available based on scheduling availability. Appointments can be scheduled directly through the website and are handled by leadership.

 

When does normal business resume?

Normal business hours resume on Monday, January 5, 2026, with standard response times and workflows returning as usual.
